In 2019 I began to redesign GM’s Global Onboarding program by conducting & analyzing  hundreds of interviews & pulse surveys. It was visible our programming was anticlimactic & upon further review we realized our employees felt uninspired & didn't really understand the mission, visions & values of the organization.

 

Recognizing an opportunity for improvement I created a richer, more inclusive program w resources to enhance the  experience. The final result was a three day immersive training was focused on the company vision, our core products & understanding our position in the market. This program was created to be in person & then modified for virtual delivery due to COVID as well as global needs.

 

This program was celebrated as a huge win to new hire engagement & preparedness.
